Yes indeed. Mr.PlayStation made such a thread if I recall?

And that's fair enough Jay. Being a Mathematician more data is always good, particularly for such a large project.

+ The friendly aatmosphere the diverse pool of active users, the forum layout itself

- Lack of leadership. My advice to anyone looking at making such a venture as their own site would be to ensure they are always and 100% committed to every single user. Fortunately we have a strong mod team and now a good Writing tea,  but there is little to no activity above and beyond that.

I hardly consider a thread with me giving reasons why VGChartz is better than other forums  making a mockery of the site and how it's run and trying to get information from other users.

OT: + The mods actually interact with the community in a normal manner ( i.e. not pretending their gods )

        - Not much really I don't know why everyone is so negative.

No Mr.Playstation! Please don't shout at meeeee!

For clarity, I don't know what Jay is doing and no doubt he's asking for more data which is always good. I also don't feel like Jay is making a "mockery of the site", that's poor wording and I apologize for that. I'm just as curious as everyone else, at the end of the day.

All I do know is that whatever happens, I have full confidence that Jay will use whatever he learns from this and use it to improve this "project" he mentioned for the better. I think what is clear looking from everyone's posts and opinions is that people come here for the community. So long as there is a strong community, it seems people are willing to overlook things like late numbers and broken site features (though the latter is being fixed, thanks to our hero Trucks). It's why maintaining the strong community is key, as Carl (and others) said earlier.

Then again, we've discussed this before a few times so I'll say no more on the matter. Aside from, perhaps, good luck.

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.
