Arkham Asylum says hello!
Personally, I didn't enjoy it much. I found it quite funny, but not great as an RPG and that's coming from someone who loves turn based RPGs (P4G and FFX are quite possibly my 2 favourite games of all time).
Part of the reason I didn't enjoy it was down to technical issues on the PS3 version I have, so in theory that shouldn't be an issue on PC.
So maybe it's worth a try, but I didn't think it was that great and gave up after the first third or so
