How come the 3DS has horrible support and no games coming out for it?

I understand your point. A lot of Nintendo fans including myself really don't want to see Nintendo go into the mobile area as a lot of mobile games do not have the same standard of quality as real gaming platforms. I don't doubt Nintendo's mobile games will be better than 99% of the mobile games out there but I would imagine them to be small simple games. I find it ironic that Nintendo is finally opening up to the mobile area with all their pass hatred toward that particular market. Though it is funny that they brought out an established company in the mobile market to do so. Perhaps we will see them make their own phone like device and try to compete in that market. It would be a very profitable 3rd pillar and it could easily be combined with the health care ideas they have. Something like this would likely be marketed toward a more casual crowd for a greater mass market appeal. I don't see them abandoning the Console or Handheld market either.

Besides what's wrong with carrying your 3DS around with you? I understand the XL but the regular 3DS should fit in your pocket with no problem. I say that as someone who carries more things in his pocket than the average person. Not just my phone, wallet, and keys. I carry other devices as well so my pockets are always full. I literally always need to wear a belt or I'll look like a swagger (with absolutely no intention of doing so) XD
