Idk that still seems a bit wonky, just make a standard price across both platforms. Couldn't both devices share the same type of game cards? It's not like PC games have different disks depending on how powerful ur PC is, so just make a single game cart that plays on either the handheld or console at a standard price, $29.99-$49.99 depending on the game.

That means something like Mario Kart 9 will have to be $49.99 standard. Even for people who only want to play the game on NX portable.

I'm not saying they can't do that, but they might have to be careful. Many third party games will probably have to be $49.99-$59.99 too.

Nintendo isn't really a company that really gives things away for "free" too often either. You have to pay an extra fee to transfer Wii VC titles to Wii U for example, and the reason for that is becuase Nintendo spent resources/time to port those old ROMs so they could on the Wii U gamepad, so it's the consumer picking up the tab on that.

Well like I said earlier, prices for handheld games have risen each generation, GBA-$29.99, DS-$34.99, 3DS-$39.99, if Nintendo's next handheld is somewhere around Xbox 360 and had HD visuals than were probably looking at $49.99 top end software regardless. Also like i said, the majority of titles will still probably be $29.99-39.99, just the big budget titles or the huge selling franchises will be $49.99.
