Games That Were Suppose To Sell Very Well/Huge, But Failed to Do So? (Devs+Publishers Expectations, not Fans)

My speculation isnt fanbase though at all. I think it did do good, i said Nintendo probably doesnt because of the AR cards. AR cards were suppose to go on with the game, but failed to do so. How come? Because the fanbase wasnt all there.
