I have already added a 1 TB drive to my Wii U to accommodate the ton of eShop games I have downloaded (some of them digital versions of full retail titles). I will have to add a drive for my Xbox One soon as well, because I'm at 75% used memory on the console, and I currently own less than 10 games! I also find it funny how much flak the Wii U gets for it's 32 GB memory space. At least the memory upgrade was only necessary for digital titles. I find it far more egregious to have to buy expanded memory to play physical copies of games. It's awful to think that otherwise with just a couple of more Xbox One game purchases, I'd have to delete ready to play games (that I own the disks for!) from my system memory. Then, if I ever want to play them again, delete something else and sit through a reinstallation of previous game. And, the last time I played a game that was 6% downloaded and listed as "ready to play", it was completely glitch ridden. After waiting for 100% installation, all the glitches disappeared. So, what's the point of being able to play a game while it's still downloading if the graphics don't even render properly? Besides the horrid menu screen, it's one of my biggest peeves with the Xbox One. But Halo and Gears of War are 2 franchises I enjoy, & it gets all the multi-plats that the Wii U doesn't, so I suffer through.
