Why has the 3DS so much quality titles?

The 3DS also has Layton and Phoenix Wright games, I just don't care about those. DQ is the one major franchise the 3DS is missing.

Good point. I'm overestimating things here.

The 3DS doesn't have as many and I think most would agree that the starts were the high points for both series.

I'll take your word for it, haven't played those games. Might need to get into it perhaps...
