Well for the most part I would say it has no penalty. It really just modifies the damage the enemy does. So if every turn you were fighting Arfoire she averaged a total damage count of 5000HP, Fority would make that maybe 7500HP and 3000HP weakened. Well maybe an exaggeration but Definitely not needed at all. Add enemy plans andchange dungeons matter though. Well they only do if you're aiming for more than just beating the game.

I see. I'll just leave them both off then.

I've been added dungeons as I go to be able to fulfill quests and add the optional weapons/armor.
