Doubt it.
Using NPD and media Create numbers, Vita have a ~20,000 basis in Japan and ~10,000 in the US.
assuming ~15,000 for Europe and other ~10,000 in the rest of world, seem that Vita is under 60,000 unit per week... China launch can break other ~ 50,000/75,000 for Vita for a total of under 130,000 in a week...
We have 3DS at +170,000 last week according to VGChartz...
