This policy would have no affect on whether I buy a nintendo console myself, I never said it would have an affect on console sales and if anyone did.... well. Does not mean that it isn't a problem for some nintendo consumers however.

A consumer problem does not have to be directly related to the product they are purchasing. If something has a negative affect on a consumer then it is a consumer problem.
