2014 : Shovel Knight, Bravely Default, Super Smash. Bros, Persona Q, Kirby Triple Deluxe, Theatrhythm Final Fantasy, Retro City Rampage
I'm counting 29 games 80+ Meta. I'm not including MH3, OoT 3D, MM3D, Starfox 3D, Pokemon ORAS because they are rehashes/rerelases as you say. And maybe I'm forgeting some games. I don't know if you try all this original/new games, but they worth a try. I play them all, except Street Fighter, not a fan.
