I don't think they'll remove the costumes in the Wii U game because it has and will have a higher rating than the Wii game (CERO C 15+[Wii] VS. CERO D 17+[WiiU]). Plus I think the girls are actually older in the Wii U game, and look it too. So the game will probably have higher rating in PAL regions than Deep Crimson Butterfly (Wii) and I think NA will have the costumes for sure either way.
OT:
I'll be buying the game, it is the perfect match for the Wii U gamepad.
