True, but the issue is that if Nintendo wants this slice of gamers, they're not only going to have to do it, they're going to have to do it better. One studio making one game every 2-3 years is not going to pull them away. Besides, the way spemanig describes all of this is pretty foreign to Nintendo's software strategy anyway. Oh, I agree, they need at least 2-3 new high budget western IPs to have any chance at that game...similar to what MS did with Halo, GoW and, arguably, Fable.
But, yeah, I'd be surprised if they actually do any of that, they seem to be too entrenched in their own ways.
