Spotify has been added to both consoles, but I haven't been able to take advantage from it since I'm still on the PS3. The XMB might still be simpler and faster, but it has outlived its usefulness. From what I've seen, the PS4's UI is a huge improvement without making it a nightmare to travel around it. And the XMB worked perfectly for the PSP. But a over-simplistic UI wouldn't have fit the PS4. Now, I'll agree with you that the PS4 does need folders to organize games, and Sony needs to pick up on that. |
I dont use spotify and im sure many other people dont, yet they decide to spam everyone with it on the menu when it doesnt need to be there.
Soon enough, they will spam PS4 with apps you cant delete like their mobile phones.
The PS4 menu doesnt do a single thing for me which the XMB cant do.
