There seems to be something different about the mobile market... Heck I almost bought Rise of Nations until I saw the low ratings and read the cleverly worded description that made it sound like you'd be playing but really meant you'd watch footage of others playing as a "guide" of sorts.
This is somehow available in the App Store despite seemingly 100% of those who purchased it having felt conned, and the owners of Rise of Nations having nothing to do with it.
Essentially, the mobile market sometimes seems a little lawless... Just look at "gangsta auto thief" (same font and art style as gta). The market is rife with knockoffs.
