But you do realize that the way that Youtube works is that the videos/audio gets claimed on behalf of Nintendo right? Like Nintendo doesn't go through each video and claim them... Youtube's algorithm does that instead by matching the video/audio that Nintendo has given them but it's nearly impossible to do that for games/apps... Nintendo's legal firm does do that however but it takes significantly longer because a person has to do that and not a computer...
