Wow, that analysis was really bad. At least on the SMT side, which is literally half the game. Derrick sounds like he knows literally nothing about SMT. Especially when he talks about the elemental attacks as if they were Fire Emblem features, when the ones displayed in the trailer are clearly SMT's elements, using the exact symbols used in those games, likely implying the press-turn system, not the anima system. The "weak" font isn't simply an "SMT vibe" - it's the whole battle system.

That symbol he talked about isn't a "targeting reticule," it's the symbol for shield moves in SMT. This is legit basic SMT stuff. Stuff I knew after only my first like 6-7 hours of playing. I've only played one SMT game, that being SMT IV, and I can see that. It makes it look like they don't do any research at all when doing these. If I can catch all these errors and more having played only one SMT, game imagine how much they must have missed and got flat out wrong clearly not knowing anything about the franchise.

This is clearly one of those cases where they need to either do better research, or get a hardcore SMT fan to help with these, like when Chugga would help with the Xenoblade stuff, because this is effectively one half of an analysis as it stands, with some of the information being flat out wrong.
