Yeah but why would you expect the wii U to run a game at the level of PS4 and X1?
The PS3 and 360 were not technically great, but still sold reasonably well.
As for chinatown wars, the game was designed around the DS's controls, the PSP didnt even have a touch screen and still sold 80% what the DS did.... that was also a late port so either use that as an excuse on both cases or on neither.
