Nintendo's job is selling consoles and selling games. It's nickel and diming to try to make revenue from youtubers and the ongoing success of Nintendo depends more on having youtubers give exposure to your games than to try to bleed revenue from youtubers. I think it is fine for gaming companies to reserve the right to disallow videos that brings the company into disrepute, like associating a game with racist propaganda. But other than that youtubers should be given lots of leeway and gaming companies shouldn't try to filtch insignificant amounts of revenue from youtubers. They should claim revenue for advertising off YouTube itself, as it is YouTube (Google) that is getting free money from game videos on YouTube.
