It seems to me as if you're trying to undermine a good thing here by saying it's not a big deal. If this was a Ratchet & Clank game, would you be saying the same thing? That series isn't particularly demanding. Hardware means little. It all comes down to if a developer wants fluidity of gameplay enough to sacrifice flashy graphics. Multiple games on the GameCube ran at 60fps, even.
