Halo Online, Banjo-Kazooie, and other Rare IP for portable NX only. MS doesn't have a dedicated portable, so it's not direct competition, any more than Halo on PC is competition for the XBox. MS has made products for Nintendo portables in the past ... Banjo-Pilot, Viva Pinata, Halo DS was even demoed at one point. 

Pretty sure that Activision owns the rights to publish all James Bond games, so I don't think they can get Goldeneye.
