Interesting. It's funny, even without ads I gave Candy Crush a shot and was even addicted for a bit of time (won't touch it now). On the flip side, I've seen so many ads for Game of War and not once have I even contemplated downloading the game. I've heard it's quite bad, also.
I imagine Nintendo will have much success with mobile. Aside from the fact that they'll actually be producing quality software, their IPs are just iconic enough to sell themselves. Especially on a platform filled with practically every demographic imaginable.
