Inherently she's no more sexual than Zero Suit Samus, all you'd have to do is make the wicked weaves not strip her (you could still show that it's coming from her hair-clothes by making the detail on the clothes go all fuzzy when she uses them, similar to part of the process in Bayonetta) and cut the cursing. You've already got Palutena on the sexy poses list, so a few of her pole-dancey taunts could go in.
