I ordered a soundtrack CD as a Platinum reward a couple of years ago. Never got any confirmation until months later when it was actually shipped. I swore they either never shipped it or somebody stole it because it took so long.
Buying physical rewards with coins was a much quicker process. Probably a week between the order and receiving of the item. You should be fine.
