Uh, I thought that. The Cell processor is not that special...it's better for number-crunching and perhaps physics iterations (dunno) than smooth graphics...which is what games emphasize these days.
Just like how a Quad core processor will help your PC, but not exponentially with games or anything...most games won't utilize a quad core.
