Shogun is one of what are called the "Bish-checked" users on GAF. He along with a few other users on GAF manage their districts of certain retailers such as Best Buy (I think Shogun does Gamestop, though I'm not very sure). GAF is very intolerant against false information hence why they are all Bish-checked.
