I believe the Wii sort of tanked around 2011 (correct me if I am wrong).  I would assume that the ROW picked up a Wii between 2011-current as opposed to the PS3 and the XB360, which had longer shelf lives.

As stated previously, I believe price is a huge factor in determining when these consoles are purchased for the rest of world and I believe that the current prices for the PS3 and XB360, although still high, have come down considerably from the initial asking price.  The Wii started with a pricetag of $250 and can currently be bought for $100.

If you compound Wii's cheaper pricetag and its shorter shelf life, then that probably explains why the Wii has a lower percentage for the ROW at this current moment.

I looked up the indian amazon top list and there PS Vita is selling better than 3DS.  Xbox on top (360 and One)
