Except for the performance advantage of the 390X versus the Titan X which I think it will be more like 10-15% max, which will still be awesome as AMD cards always get meh drivers at launch and only get better and better (see the 7970 vs 680 or the 290X vs 780Ti, almost tied at launch but now the AMD cards perform much better), I agree with the rest of your post.

And I think they'll launch in June, which is when they are expected to be unvelied at Computex.
