I'd say Stadium is unlikely.
The only way you can get Pokémon in Stadium without the Game Boy games is via rentals, which have rather limited movepools, persuading you to migrate Pokémon from your own games.
Unless they release the main series games on VC, and implement trading, I don't think it's happening.
