I guess the majority of people must have never even tried the Music Unlimited app. MU was better than Spotify on PS4 by a quantum leap. It also worked better on Android, and actually had an app for PlayStation Vita. We just went from a full featured services to the most bare bones and worthless service currently available on PS4. I took advantage of the free two month premium pass for former MU subscribers. After messing with it for 30min in free mode, and 30min in premium I did not see what the benifit of the premium mode was.

Having no way to import my own music, no way to add entire albums to my library, no way to build a playlist, and just a long *** string of songs I have have to scroll tbrough just ain't gonna cut it for me. Having no Vita app means no music on the go, as I sold my Xperia Z3 in disgust about a month ago. I subscribed to Music Unlimited from day one tell the end. I would love to continue to donate $9.99 a month to the music industry, but as it currently stands, I will just go back to the 2 dozen CDs I have from the late 90's tbrough very early 2000's.

My spotify playlists beg to differ and you most certainly can save whole albums...and the main problem with MU was that there was no free option. Your phone doesn't even have the Spotify app available?

The 3G Vita is my Phone. I sold off my PC and my phone a month ago, because I had not touched either of them in about two month, the computer since about September. I uderstand you can make playlists on th PC and android, and add entire albums. I used a friends phone to log in and add a couple of albums since the PS4 app won't allow it. When I went back and looked at it on PS4 I just had a string of some 300+ songs. No way to sort by artist or album. Makes having a personalized library usless as it is better just to search for what I want every time.

I do think they have potential. The android app was not bad, but definitely needs some work to match what MU offered in Vita. If they at least brought the full function of the Anroid app the Vita and PS4,  or hell even PS4 alone, then I would be on board. As it stands now though, I am better off transferring my music from my PS3 to a USB storage device, and to my PSV.
