Ummmmm... where to start?
They're really bad, but they're the kind of bad that are so bad, are actually cool. They wouldn't convince me to buy the game, but I'm sure that they're perfectly suited for younger kids (i.e.: Anyone under the age of 8) to ask their parents for the game. The commercials seem very kid friendly, which is why I'm sure most users who don't like it don't get. That being said, the fact that Nintendo isn't trying to appeal to all gamer, not younger people is fairly troubling, I hope that they have other ads that are less over the top, that can appeal to older people, cause this commercial would surely turn away anyone from taking the Wii as a serious gaming console.
But it's above and beyond better than "Wii would like to play"... Not that that was too hard.
I do think the commercial will do it's job, and get sales for the game, because of the target demographic though, which in the end, is all that matters.
