I can understand not liking something like that, but those exploits and bugs are within the game itself. You could recreate those if the conditions are met, so it's legit in the sense that he did not modified the game to acquire such time. Anyone can do that if you know what you're doing.

 

Don't worry, there will be the "any% glitchless" speedruns somewhere along the line.

Again, He used exploits and bugs to beat the game. It's not commendable. It's being done outside of the normal game. Bugs and glitches were not intended by the creators of it. If you exploited a bug or glitch that you're aware of within a slot machine, it's still considered cheating. If you exploited a glitch that an ATM was having and took all the money that you could. It's still considered stealing. Any% only matters within the speedrun community.
