I miss melee for those. I could start a float almost on the ground and go across putting her aerial moves to great use. In Brawl I keep missing the timing it seems and end up too high.

The best part about Down + B is that you get those items even if everything is turned off. ^_^

Also have you noticed that her Parasol has been significantly improved?

I know I'm gonna regret this when you'll use it against me but you can float to the ground by pressing Down-Jump.

I didn't notice about her parasol, how is it improved?

I've been trying that off and on but not having too much luck. Then again, I've been enjoying Peach's dash attack and normal A moves a lot so I don't miss it too much yet.

I used it against Luinil on Skyworld for a match and was pretty impressed. It's fast and pretty strong. In fact, I got two kills with it. One parasol use also seems to come close to breaking Skyworld platforms just by itself.

With the exception of the Turnip Throw which seems to be slower, all of Peach's special moves have gotten better it seems. I still miss the original Peach's Down + A though...

 Yeah that move was godly. What I really miss most is the height of her second jump, in Brawl she can't jump for shit, you have to use parasol to get up a lot of platforms.
