MPT on the Wii U is the same game as the Wii version, it's just played in Wii mode on the Wii U.
The biggest changes in the game from the Gamecube games are:
- 16:9 wide screen support,
- added motion contols for 1&2
- and faster loading time loading from the hard drive for the Wii U version.
