You completely missed the point, I'm saying that as these things were happening they were getting a huge amount of bad press. Of course the news dies down, no one talks about nintendo not including a charger in the new 3DS Model anymore.

All company bad news when it's fresh gets spread and blown out of purportion, like Protendo mentioned, the shitstorm that was going down because a few people (including Amy Hennig) left Naughty Dog. Nintendo are targetted just as much as Sony and Microsoft. The internet over reacts to everything.
