I'm not sure if you should be comparing Wii U games to GTA 5. there aren't much games on Wii U that have that realistic style, perhaps save Fatal Frame and Devil's Third, and possibly Xenoblade.
That and I doubt those games even have a quarter of the budget of GTA 5, nvm the heavy framedrops of GTA PS360. I think it has screen tear also but not sure really.
I suppose you can always compare LEGO City as the closest to it. But again, not near the budget, its more cartoony than GTA and GTA 5 had the added benifit of coming late into the PS360 lifespan after devs had years to come to terms with the hardware.
In any case, the Wii U isn't leagues above PS360, and with Nintendo focusing on 60fps, unique gameplay concepts(the controller in some games has to render two different scenes), or cartoony games, it'll likely be hard to find a game to compare with PS360 games.
