Always in this famous first thread, where i have posted all rumors for the gta 4 launch (360 and ps3) (now the difference is that it's official), they are others rumors which are not officials for the moment:
A partir de mai, avec le bundle PGR4 Halo 3 cité plus haut, une offre de remboursement sur les accessoires XBOX 360 sera lancer.
- Pour l'achat d'un DD 120g, 50 euros rembourser
- Pour l'achat d'un adaptateur reseau 20 euros rembourser
- Pour l'achat d'un volant 360 20 euros rembourser.
So, if you want the hard drive of the elite whith your core halo 3 pgr 4 sku, you can win 50 €.
Conclusion: microsoft want people buy a 360 in France, because they don't do it really for the moment. So, they must do the things to obtain this first goal.
For the rest, you can upgarde your core with an hard drive, and it's always a good deal (espeacially for the elite with what i said before)
Second: for me the launch date of this bundle (some days next the gta 4 launch) is good, because the buyers of this bundle will not be necessary buyers of gta 4, but people which can't buy another sku before, so the people microsoft must convince to buy a 360, because they don't buy an another sku before.
So, it's a mean to increase the 360 sales next the gta 4 launch.
