It was hard for me to rank them, because they are all pretty much great. But I tried (backward compatibility not considered):
10. Wii U - I don't like this console at all. Poor hardware, weird controller, and lack of online. Also not that many great games and no HD 3D platformer Mario or OOT/TP style Zelda. Great games: Bayonetta 2, Mario Kart 8, Smash Bros.
9. Game Boy - kind of outdated now, but had a ton of great games, most notably Tetris for me. Great games: Link's Awakening, Tetris, Pokemon Red/Blue
8. Nintendo 64 - too many gaming droughts, but quality over quantity here. Successfuly transferred 2D Nintendo games to 3D. Also strong emphasis on multiplayer. Great games: Ocarina of Time, Super Mario 64, Star Fox 64, Smash Bros., Goldeneye, Turok
7. 3DS - The 3DS has been a great successor to the DS, and has phenomenal entries in old series. Definitely worth it. By the end of its life it could jump a few spots. Great games: Mario 3D Land, Mario Kart 7, Fantasy Life, A Link Between Worlds
6. NES - like the Gameboy, kinda outdated but had many great fun games. Like the Wii would do 20 years later, the NES saved gaming. Birthed many great franchises. Great games: Ninja Gaiden, Super Mario Bros., The Legend of Zelda, Golgo 13, Contra
5. GameCube - Totally underrated. Has a bad rep in the industry for its poor sales and lack of third party support, but truly is a great system. Great games: Resident Evil 4, Wind Waker, Mario Sunshine, Melee, MGS: Twin Snakes, Eternal Darkness
4. SNES - Considered to be Nintendo's peak it's hard to disagree. A great console that holds up well. Great games: Act Raiser, Super Metroid, Contra III: The Alien Wars, Yoshi's Island, A Link to the Past
3. Gameboy Advance - Like the SNES, it was a huge leap from the Gameboy. Great games: Gunstar Heroes Advance, Castlevania: HOD, Golden Sun
2. DS - Just simply the best handheld ever created without a doubt. Tons of unique, fun games. Overall amazing. Really is more of 1b rather than number 2 on the list. Great games: World Ends With You, Cooking Mama, Brain Age, Professor Layton, Nintendogs, Phoenix Wright, Castlevania: DOS, Lunar Knights
1. Wii - My second favorite console of all time behind the PS2. Saved gaming. Has some of the most fun unique games ever. The Wii was amazing and earned the title for best selling Nintendo system. Great games: Mario Galaxy, Trauma Center, Twilight Princess, Smash Bros., Wii Sports
