It might be that site revenue fell below running costs of the servers and ioi set us for a nasty surprise when the last contract runs its course... but I don't think that is the case. Surely about $50 a day is still profitable for a site of this size?
Edit - well I guess it might be if this was only a gaming forum, but it might not cover the costs of updating the numbers weekly. So who knows.
