Will 3DS in the first year sell more than PSVita lifetime?

Going by VGC numbers or real ones? :p

Ignoring the fact that Vita is extremely undertracked, I think it will comfortably pass 14m. Don't see it getting above 16 though, its still got life in it Japan and that won't change over night.
