They could do a stage show to showcase the new app and their business plan moving forward and then after (or even the next day) do a direct similar to last year where they only showcase games. Best of both worlds.

I think we won't be seeing any more Nintendo stage shows on E3... unless new hardware is revealed. Besides aren't the E3 slots already decided? But I would want for you to be right though
