Now parents who played the games with their kids are more likely to get them a Nintendo console, because they can get all these discounts on games through the account they already have. Someone in their 20's who used to love Pokemon and downloaded Pokemon TCG to relive his childhood with his college mates may pick up a new Nintendo handheld to play the next Pokemon game. |
Nintendo did not spend nothing, they buyed Dena shares for $100m and Dena buyed Nintendo shares for $100m.
This second paragraph is essential, but I dont agree that Nintendo mobile was not most important announcement.
We already know that Nintendo unified account is coming, we already know they want account for smart devices, we already know that they want to have something like Android and iOS, we already know that successor for Nintendo Club coming this fall, but we didn't know they will release games for mobiles.
