How about the dynamic weather systems. Where the the whether is physically calculated and "scales" with the gameplay. The rain affects how you drive in Driveclub (although such things exist but not dynamically). Or how the magic effects change because of the weather, like in FFXV (again xD). I don't think I have ever seen something like that before.
