If you wear 2 of them you could box, with just one you could mimic holding golf clubs, tennis rackets, steering wheels, swords, you could do kamehameha blasts hahaha scorpions grappling hook, you could really do a lot more with it then the wii as far as mimicking motions but then as far as button pressing goes it really fails. The thumb buttons/ analogue stick would need to be displaced from the sketched position further to the left (for right handed gamers)to put it into a position natural to where the analogue sticks are on consoles today. They would also have to make a left handed controller for people who play left handed or want to duel wield.

What would improve the device is if they had some sort of pressure sensitive things on the back strap that senses when the tendons in the back of your hand move with your fingers. That way it would sense if you were holding a gun and firing the trigger. But it still falls short on the button pressing as there’s no real room for proper accessible buttons if you include an analogue stick. Being able to pick up finger movement would then allow you to have 4 buttons and activate them like an invisible key board but then that would'nt even work for all games.

The beauty of the wii remote is that Nintendo made something that was easily accessible and usable across all gaming genres and age groups where as all this other motion sensing and interactive tech excludes certain genres or demographics. And yes wii remote button layouts do work for fighters their just very different to what where used to so its just easier to play on a gc remote.
