It needs less than 7 million to 27m... It did ~8 million in 2014 at the same timeframe without the big hits (Bloodborne, MGSV, etc).

I don't know where you are looking but last year the PS4 didn't even manage to get 6m in the same time frame (1st march - 4th october)
