Not bad at all. It was actually pretty fun. You guys should check it out because the time for it to be on Crackle is running out in about four days. Makes me want to play the game even though it wasn't the best zombie movie ever. It didn't take itself too seriously, but it still had a decent storyline with conspiracy and drama. Its definitely a B movie, but its definitely worth watching.
If you have an Xbox One and you've downloaded Crackle you should give this a shot. Its been a while since i've watched a decent videogame movie.
As I said before, its going to expire in four days.
Now because of this I might start to watch more Xbox original programming after this and Forward unto Dawn. The Halo show is next on my list and when Quantum Break drops, its the same for that.

Is it only exclusive to XB1?

I believe so, for about four days. Its an exclusive to the Xbox as a game so the movie came with it on Crackle for Xbox. I checked and the articles said it was exclusive to the Xbox for three more days. This probably means Xbox viewers get to watch it for free and then it will be put on DVD or something.
