"There are a lot of companies taking a wait-and-see approach with this hardware transition, but if you look at it from the perspective of our customers, they’re not seeing a whole lot of games coming out, which is in turn making them wary to move onto new hardware. It’s our job as game developers to bring that energy to life and make that market a reality. "
AWESOME, they really get it that's the whole reason why a lot of people hold out on getting a next gen console, a lot of people on Japanese games news sites, always laugh when games are announced to be PS3 and PS4 and they say stuff like "LOL i guess i really don't have a reason to buy a PS4", but if the developers just focus on next gen and just do games for them, they will give those platforms more exclusive games and therefore more value and reasons for gamers to buy them, PLUS if they focus just on next gen they can utilize the whole power of this machines without being hold back by last gen tech, (and yes i do realize Japanese games aren't that demanding but still its a pretty good thing).
