How is it ACU is 1/3 full price just 6 months after release? PS4 is hovering in the 12-15 zone. I'm not sure it's a sign of imminent departure from the top 20. If there is a general slow down in video game product buying then everything should drop relatively proportionally and this even though PS4 sales decline it's relative position in the top 100 should remain. Interesting 2014 vs 2015 monthly comparisons for PS4: Jan '14 - #3 : Jan '15 - #9 Feb '14 - #3 : Feb '15 - #10 Mar '14 - #1 : Mar '15 - #7 (so far, probably won't go any higher considering what's ahead of it, but maybe FFT0 might drop behind given it has fallen down the list a fair bit now). Amazon YoY monthly ranking changes don't seem to correlate with YoY sales. In January '15 NPD PS4 was significantly down YoY, but in Feb '15 NPD PS4 was significantly up YoY. |
