Thats a good strategy at first. Actually the compendium is pretty important since you can buy the demons back. Try to keep updating the compedium so whenever you need to get a demon back, you get all the most recent attacks/skills and stats...

Yeah, I kind of figured that out organically when I accidentally fused two of my important demons together. Thank God for that lol. I'm actually pretty sure I'm near the end of the game. To avoid spoilers, I'll just say Blasted. I'm at the end of that where you click a button in a room.

I think that the difficulty of the game can be over stated, though. I didn't find it too difficult, though I've died like 50 -100 times so far, so I'm not one to talk lol. I think that the press system makes the game a breese most of the time, and it only gets truly difficult when you can't exploit it. The people who said that the game gets easier towards the end were right on the money. Not that I mind, though. The battle system feels satisfying because if this exploitation.

My MC and all of my main demon slots have a Fire, Ice, Electric, and Force move, and now I also have two Almighty slots. The rest have been reserved for stat buffs and such. I'm trying to think of it like Pokemon where coverage is everything. Needless to say, every one of my demons are ones with high magic stats and MP.
