Yes, although it would be pretty disappointing. But it may be far enough along in development that Kojima's design work is finished, anyway. With all the hype there was after PT, I'd hope he and Konami could at least come to an agreement for him to finish Silent Hills as a contractor, sort of like Ueda and The Last Guardian (only, you know... actually finishing it).
